Returning policy

Returning policy.
Right of return purchased products:
1. Users has the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days from the date of receipt of the purchase. The amount corresponding to the price of the returned goods will be reimbursed to the consumer without unreasonable delay and within 14 days after the receiving the returned products.

Conditions for the right of returning purchased products:
1. The returned goods must be in good commercial condition, have not been used in any way and be in undistorted original packaging (box). Goods which do not comply with this condition may not be returned. Please note that the right of returning exists to allow you to familiarize yourself with the goods in the same way as in a real shop, not to use it free of charge for 14 days.
2. The cost of transporting the goods from the customer to baby-brands.eu is client's expense.
3. For cancel and returning your order, the client should send us an e-mail in which you wish to cancel.
4. Save the document certifying the payment (receipt, postal money order receipt, electronic bank payment) because it may be necessary for you to return the goods.
